We are currently only an online retailer operating out of Virginia.

How often are orders processed?
Within 2-3 business days. Custom Orders need additional time to process and ship.

US and APO AE addresses.  

How long does shipping take?
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail service for shipping.

What is your return policy?
We accept regularly priced and non-personalized items within 10 business days from delivery with proof of purchase.  Please allow 3-5 business days to process.
If you’re item is received damaged or defective please contact us here, and we are happy to correct the issue.  Personalized and Sale items are final sale.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Please safely package your items when returning as we are not responsible for damaged goods upon return.
